I recently got the Treel TPMS installed for my Tata Nexon for Rs 2000 from JK Tyre – Adhi Tyre Shop, Himayat Nagar, and the overall experience was genuinely excellent. Right from the beginning, the owner was very polite and professional over the phone. He clearly shared the pricing details and worker availability timings beforehand, which made the process smooth and transparent. When we reached the shop, there was only one car ahead of us, and they had a proper customer waiting lounge with a sofa, drinking water, AC, and comfortable seating, which was a pleasant surprise for a tyre shop. A special mention to the owner, Harsh ji, who personally helped with setting up the TPMS app and patiently explained all the features. He was extremely friendly, professional, and helpful throughout the interaction. The worker present that day also did a very thorough job and explained the installation process whenever I asked questions. Despite being short-staffed due to another worker being unwell, he remained dedicated and professional throughout. Another unexpected positive was the availability of a clean washroom, which is something you rarely expect at tyre shops. Overall, I’m genuinely impressed by how professionally and thoughtfully everything was handled end-to-end. Kudos to the owners and staff for maintaining such high standards of customer service. Highly recommended, and I hope they continue the same quality and professionalism going forward.
