JK Tyre Steel Wheels, Adhi Tyre Pvt Ltd

This review of mine is based on my experience of getting TPMS fitted on my car wheels at Adhi Tyres (JK Tyres Steel Wheels), Domalguda, Hyderabad. The dealership is a drive of around 25 kms from my place and still I chose to get the TPMS fitted here despite having various options within my vicinity, simply because of the positive reviews that I had read about this place and more so about Harsh. I initiated a telephone call with Harsh and at the very first instance the empathy and care he radiated with his conversation was more than enough for me to finalise my choice. Not only is he efficient and well aware with his subject matter expertise but he is also a consultant of the right choice for wheels, tyres and associated job works. This just reinforced the fact that many users like me who had availed services at this dealership were truly satisfied with their choice in terms of product and service quality. Harsh is a thorough gentleman and true sales professional and accommodated every request of mine in terms of slot and job timings. What more does a customer want when he is greeted by technicians who have been briefed about his needs and job works right upon his arrival at the hydraulic jack bay. Every detail was taken care of with zero intervention. A wonderful time spent with extremely polite staff at a clean dealership. A word of empathy and good behaviour from either side always opens the doors to mutual respect. And suddenly the world feels much better. Take time to speak with respect and love. Things fall in place. The distance to this dealership from my place will never be a factor to stop me from experiencing their lovely services I near future. Thank You Adhi Tyres Team and Harsh!
